Having just passed my 120 hour online course with the academy, I would like to say how happy I am with the service received.

The course was laid out well, easy to follow and flowed nicely. I have been happy to recommend it to my friends and family.

I had a couple of questions through the course and they were replied to quickly and clearly.

I can recommend the course and the jobs board provided, in fact I have already found myself a job and start next week…

All in all, if you are looking for a course this one does it all.

Before I started attending the online course I’d thought that’s going to be very difficult to study. But after first module I found out it explained clearly and easy for understanding, studying modules comes along with practice activities what makes studying more interesting. Every segment of teaching is provided and this course helped me a lot to improve my knowledge and my work.

Money well spent, the online learning was very helpful with plenty of tasks to facilitate my learning. The classroom practical was very entertaining and boosted my confidence. With this qualification I now have extra opportunities. Have recommended this to friends.

I found the course very easy to follow and complete. Instructions were clear and concise and the modules were self explanatory. Difficult areas were dealt with well and information provided for all areas of teaching. I did find the first ends of course assignment a little vague , mainly because it was difficult to gage what the imagined class would already be familiar with. I decided to work from a fairly simple level and assume nothing and indeed in my feedback I was told I had gone over the basics unnecessarily. However, this is a small issue. The feedback I received for coursework was excellent and detailed. I’m very glad I did the course and I commend Tefl on their highly accessible informative course.

Overall, this is a good course, it covers mot aspects of teaching. It is a pity you can’t view the course after you complete. I feel it would be beneficial to have access to the modules after the course.

When I first started this course I underestimated as it was conducted through online and outside of Australia. However, when I was given my task I was surprised that the curriculum was deep and elaborating than I expected.

Especially when doing the last ending course tasks, personally this was such a pain to me. At that time what I felt was I was doing a university assignment, but on the other hand, this meant once I passed this course I will become the qualified trained TEFL teacher that this course produces.

I am eventually proud of myself now and would like to say thank you to TEFL Academy for my future career.

I really enjoyed the course very much. I found the content really useful, and it was an incredibly thorough course. It really was an in-depth insight to the English language, and how to teach it, to culturally diverse students. The lesson planning has prepared me very well for my new teaching endeavours!

I have absolutely loved this course and can’t recommend it more! I took part in the 120 hour accredited course, 100 hours online, 20 face to face.

The 20 hours was completed over one weekend and covered various topics (very helpful!). The teacher could not have been more enthusiastic about teaching and having taught abroad before herself this was extremely motivating. Everybody was encouraged to mingle which also created a friendly atmosphere.

The 100 hours online was set out very well and easy to follow. At the end of each module a test was to be completed which was marked virtually straight away. After completing the 10 modules there was a further 2 assignments. Both assignments enabled me to use the knowledge I had learnt and put them into practise.

After having such a great weekend with TEFL I started applying for TEFL jobs through the websites the teacher had given to us. Thanks to this course I will now be heading out to China in March to teach! Very excited!!

The online course was wonderful. It made me confident in creating my own lesson plans. I also learned a lot of useful techniques in teaching.

I was coming at this course after a long break in education. In the back of your mind is the old saying “old dog new tricks”. However, my concerns were swiftly dispelled. The learning material is both interesting and fun. I found myself actually enjoying the different modules (well, English grammar is difficult at the best of times!). That said, you can go at your own pace. You can take a breather and then hit it hard for a few days. It is certainly a challenge but then that is what makes it all worthwhile. You also have a very friendly and professional team who are there should you need any help. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It has given me the motivation to continue my studies and for that I would like to extend a very big thank you to the team at the TEFL Academy.
