Description

OnTESOL was developed by Coventry House International, the only school in North America that offers Trinity CertTESOL courses, to provide students with the flexibility of taking an internationally recognized TESOL/TEFL course online.

My experience at Ontesol was fantastic and the 100 hours course was also very affordable for all the value I got. The office replied to my inquiries in a few hours and their excellent service did not stop when I enrolled. My tutor was very helpful and the coursework pushed me to be a creative teacher. I’m giving Ontesol 5 stars for all categories except job placement, which is still ok because I was directed to an agency that helped me line up a good job in Japan free of charge.

I was completely satisfied with the 250 hour course. I already had many years experience teaching ESL and was interested in updating my qualifications, but needed to find a TESL Canada approved course that fit my full-time teaching schedule. Being online, ONTESOL.COM allowed me to work at my own pace, and the content was an excellent mix of well-organized, clear lessons and personal support from a tutor who checked the homework and tests. I learned new ways of teaching subjects I´d been teaching for years. I would recommend the course to anyone.

I’ve had a first-rate experience with ONTESOL. I took the 100-hour course,

and felt that all of the course content was entirely relevant, particularly

for someone completely new to teaching English. As for me, the Methodology

module, which provided practice in developing lesson plans, was the most

challenging and informative part of the course.

What really impressed me the most however was my tutor, Ainsley. I’ve

completed a lot of classroom as well as a couple online courses in the past,

but the feedback and support that she provided was unparalleled. Not only

were my assignments graded in record time, but I also received what was

perhaps the most detailed and useful comments on my work, ever! I have

absolutely no regrets bout choosing ONTESOL and I would highly recommend the

100-hour course to anyone who’s hoping to head into the TESOL/TEFL world.

The online 100-Hour TESOL was an outstanding course to start my teaching career. I taught English in Chile for 9 months and had an amazing time. The school offers a lot of information prior to enrollment, free teaching resources, and discounts on the more intensive courses if I ever want to upgrade my certificate.

The 100-hour course is perfect for anyone taking the first step into teaching. There is a lot more feedback than I expected from an online course. My tutor answered quickly to my inquiries and she made excellent suggestions to improve my lesson plans. The grammar module came in very handy for someone who hasn’t studied grammar since high school. I highly recommend Ontesol!!!

I was teaching English without certification until a colleague recommended Ontesol. My lessons improved from the very first day I started the methodology module. I stopped my dependency on old textbooks when I learnt to prepare activities and use different tools to present a topic. My students enjoy my classes a lot more and I feel much better about myself.

I had a great experience with Ontesol from the moment of initial contact with them to completion of my courses. Registration was quick and I was able to start my 100 hour TESOL immediately. My tutor was very friendly, responsive and encouraging. Whatever questions I had, she provided me with thorough answers and additional links for further reading and study. It was to my benefit to have had a tutor with so many years of teaching experience who could guide me through the course.

I would highly recommend Ontesol to anyone who is considering taking an online TESOL course. The staff are professional, the tutor is excellent in her knowledge of course material and the course itself offers great ideas for use in the classroom. I look forward to using what I’ve learned with Ontesol in the classrooms in Shanghai where I plan to teach.

I took the 250 hour online course and was very happy with the content and the feedback. I have no prior experience teaching English, but I am sure this course has helped me on my way to become a good teacher.

This was the first time I have taken an online course and the convenience of being able to learn in my own house and at my own pace was great! The only drawback was the lack of personal contact.

I enjoyed the practicum very much. Staff went out of their way to organize this for me and give me guidance.

I recommend this course to anyone interested in teaching English as a second language.

I was very surprised at how much I learnt with the 100-hour course. I was looking for a brief introduction to TEFL and Ontesol challenged me more than a third year university course. As a native speaker, I though I knew everything about grammar but this course helped to prepare lessons in an interesting way. I couldn’t ask for more for only $275.

Ontesol’s 250-hour course was excellent! My tutor was very professional and the content was highly interactive, with videos for class observation and very thought provoking assignments. The staff also gave me a lot of information about teaching in different countries and resources that helped me land a well-paid job in Spain.
