The course does not help or offer guidance for a job opportunity to Non natives as they claim. As an non native, steer clear of THIS course. Save your money to get proper guidance. I hate the fact that,even internships they offer are excluding non natives. Why sell the course to us, I wonder!!! I’m full of regrets.

PremierTEFL is a great course, easy to follow, good instructions.

Great customer service too, Shauna being very helpful and prompt in her replies.

Highly recommended thanks to high quality content, service, and flexibility. (I had to extend my course due to an unfortunate family event, and the process was very easy to follow.)

All was good. The only problem comes when ordering your original certificate.

I had to pay an aditional R600 for them to send it with fast post. It is now more than 6 weeks after I paid and still no certificate. I am not happy with this service as I have lost many job offers due to the fact that I do not have my original certificate. After 6 weeks it still say on route Ireland South Africa. Everytime I enquire I only get a I am sorry…… please track it via tracking nr.

The after service really sucks.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for the absolutely awesome experience I had with Premier TEFL! I signed up for the 180 Hour Level 5 OfQual Diploma Course, and along every step of the process, Shauna and Sandra were extremely insightful and helpful, as well as responsive! The online course was easy to navigate and learn from. I am so thankful that I finally took a stop towards making my childhood dream of teaching come true, and I have Premier TEFL to thank, for providing an awesome TEFL certification experience! I could not recommend Premier TEFL more!

Completing the course took me much longer than I had planned but the customer service showed genuine understanding so I got the chance to finish it for what I’m really grateful.

The course is logical and well-organized, you get enough information to have general understanding of major points in teaching English from different perspectives. All aspects of teaching the language are fully conveyed and presented clearly and consistently.

I highly appreciate this experience and I’m sure it will open new doors for my professional development and future.

My interactions with Premier TEFL employees were all positive. These guys know their customer service! Everyone is very professional but friendly and helpful.

I started with the hybrid 310-hour course, which included the 180-hour Level 5 Ofqual regulated certificate (at the time). There were a few other courses included, but that was the only one I actually finished from the bundle.

The biggest challenge I faced was motivating myself to sit down and do the work, but not because it wasn’t interesting or fun—it was. I learned a lot of interesting things about English grammar that I had never noticed as a native speaker. I probably talked the ear off of anyone who would listen about things like the proper use of hyphens and that sort of thing, because it was all very exciting to me. So much so that I’ve decided to continue with other Premier TEFL courses, including Advanced Grammar.

From this experience, I’ve been able to learn from my mistakes and grow as an individual. I’ve learned to work with my motivation in a more effective way, and set up systems to keep myself working toward the things that are important to me. I thought that the self-paced nature of the course was a difficulty at first, but I can’t help but see it as an opportunity for personal development at this point.

This was an excellent online self pace study course if you have teaching experience. It was well organised and easy to work through around my work schedule. There were useful videos to reinforce the teaching and the assessment tests at the end made you reflect on the module learning.

Good follow up from the organisation to offer additional support during and after completion. Very happy with the course!

Had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. The program was cancelled on super short notice before it was due to start after I’d already relocated (this is somewhat understandable due to chaotic covid times) and they offered me a refund or different program but then refused to honor the refund :(( So I paid them 800 pounds for nothing and didn’t get to do the course or trip

Sandra Lane is an excellent an excellent Student Affairs Manager. She is helpful, kind and understanding. Her quick response and knowledge has really helped me tremendously throughout this process. This is a great course!

I originally purchased the 168 hour Level 5 OFQAL regulated course from Premier TEFL back in 2019 but then once Covid happened, I was no longer able to use it, and since I am no longer able to be certified for that course since I never finished it and it’s been upgraded, Premier TEFL was kind enough to go above and beyond for me and downgraded this course to a 120 hour course which I am still able to get certified in! So so satisfied with their team’s customer service.
